Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order for our Mother’s Day Brownie Box. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Pickup Details

  • Location: Pickup will be from Upper Coomera, QLD.

  • Exact address will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your pickup date, or sooner. Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order.

  • Pickup Time: Please arrive at your selected pickup time. Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to accommodate early or late arrivals.

  • If you are running late, we may not be able to guarantee someone will be available to hand over your order outside your booked time slot.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • All orders are final. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made once your order has been placed.

  • Please double-check your selection before checking out.

3. Allergens & Dietary Information

  • Our brownies are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.

  • While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are allergen-free.

4. Storage Instructions

  • Brownies are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of pickup.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for extended freshness.

  • Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To serve, thaw at room temperature.

5. Product Presentation

  • Each brownie is handmade and decorated individually. There may be slight variations in colour, shape, and decoration.

  • Photos on our website or social media are representative only.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for damage or deterioration of products once they have been collected.

  • If someone is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they have all the relevant order information.

7. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to collect your order during your scheduled pickup time, it will be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided.
